Our trainers are committed to developing both your language and your business skills. So, for example, when we develop the language you need for business meetings it is natural for us also to improve your skills in managing and contributing to meetings. Toby Higson - Director: Toby has worked in education and corporate training at a senior level. He started his career at Unilever as a fast-track graduate trainee and then worked as a regulator in the UK’s Qualifications and Standards Agency. He has developed and delivered English language training across all CEFR levels to clients including factories, banks, universities and government agencies across the UK, Belgium, Luxembourg and France. Toby also provides best practice consultancy to language schools aiming to achieve an outstanding experience for learners. His book Qualifications in the UK, How to make the right choices (Rivington, 2011) explains how to judge the quality of courses and language schools. Louise Dunkley - Project Manager, Operations: Louise is responsible for the day to day management of TLP operations. She manages the training schedule and is responsible for delivering a high quality and responsive service to all our customers. Louise is also responsible for coordinating with our trainers on operational issues. She manages the supporting administration processes and a range of quality improvement and compliance projects. Poppy Tolcher - Operations Assistant: Poppy is responsible for assisting with the management of TLP operations and marketing the business. Aurelie Duriaux - Accountant: Aurélie is responsible for all aspects of financial management, reporting and compliance. Aurélie has regular contact with TLP clients for any financial questions and also gives practical advice to our trainers.
